Jennifer Hilliard, AIA LEED AP BD+C
WKMC Architects
Jennifer is a project architect with WKMC Architects, and specializes in commercial, civic and government projects. Whether biking and running along our streets or fishing the Laguna Madre, she has strong roots in South Texas and a deep appreciation of our natural resources, and the impact architecture and planning can have on improving our community. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design and travelling abroad, Jennifer returned to South Texas to work and raise her family. She later attended graduate school at the University of Texas-San Antonio and the University of North Florida. She was part of the RUDAT Community by Design efforts and donates her time and talents to several community groups in addition to sitting on her local Planning and Zoning Board. Currently the chapter’s State Director and coordinator of the AIA Disaster Assistance Task Force for our area, she served previously as President of AIA-CC (2017), along with chairing our annual Code Academy, Honor Awards Committee and Holiday Party.
