Richter Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our Corpus Christi team. Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and execute all stages of complex architectural projects, from programming to construction documents and construction administration.
Government Compliance: Implement government agency requirements and guidelines.
Effective Communication: Document, track, and distribute project communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
Statewide Travel: Be available for travel across the state as needed.

 

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in project management within architecture or engineering.
Self-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
Professional License: Professional architectural license in Texas preferred.  Eligibility for reciprocity also considered.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred.  Bachelor’s degree in engineering also considered.
Sustainability: LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative software.
Construction Savvy: Well-versed in construction technology, specifications, and construction administration.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Government Projects: Experience with government projects is a plus.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal government background check.
